We met Martin Muntenbruch in Paris for an interview. He makes fantastic photos.
He says about himself:
I don't see what others see. When I look into the view finder of my camera, I'm looking into a little TV screen. It only displays pixels, but I see a scenario of ideas. I love cinema. And I love drama.
To me, girls are film. The women in my pictures are actors in a play, until they become butterflies trapped in amber. I believe eternity is the ultimate beauty.
Mysteries tickle my fantasy and I see atomic angels in every dark shadow. Some people say my images are too heavy. Maybe it's because I never use a ring flash?
Please enjoy my work!" http://www.martinmuntenbruch.com
Enjoy the interview with him.
